Rutgers has six players from Maryland on its roster, and one that was a Terrapin a few weeks ago.
Former Vineland High star Nihym Anderson transferred to Rutgers at the end of the summer after leaving Maryland, the program he signed with last December as a three-star recruit.
Rutgers fans haven't seen much from Anderson yet - he's appeared in two games on special teams since being ruled eligible this season - but that could be about to change. Anderson has impressed in practice, and it sounds like there could be defensive snaps in the linebacker's future as soon as Saturday's game in College Park, Maryland, against his old team.
