Tuesday, Rutgers completed its quarterback recruitment for 2019 when head coach Chris Ash accepted a commitment from Southwestern's (Jamestown, N.Y.) Cole Snyder. The 6-1, 195-pounder had been recruited by offensive coordinator John McNulty all spring, before throwing in front of head coach Chris Ash on Friday at the Rutgers East Coast Elite Camp. And his ability to spin the football and hit receivers in stride sealed the deal.
"Coach McNulty came down to see me throw in the spring and he liked how I threw it but wanted to get me in front of coach Ash," Snyder told NJ Advance Media for NJ.
