PISCATAWAY – With 38 games played and 25 starts in his Rutgers football career, defensive tackle Darius Hamilton isn’t concerned about falling too far behind if he is on the sidelines some during training camp.
Hamilton did not participate Sunday in a practice attended by about 2,000 fans and was seen wearing protective gear on his right knee during the post-practice autograph session.
Rutgers coach Kyle Flood said he will update the injury report before Monday’s scrimmage.
He missed practice Saturday. But Darius Hamilton sees himself ready for #RFootball season-opener http://t.co/z8v7ARidB9 #CHOPNation #Rutgers
