Rutgers Football Alumnus Jeremy Zuttah Named to AFC Pro Bowl Team

Former Rutgers Football alumnus and two time first-team All-Big East selection (‘06-’07) Jeremy Zuttah has been added to the AFC Pro Bowl Team replacing Steeler Center Maurkice Pouncey.

Zuttah has spent the last nine years in the NFL, the last three of which were with the Baltimore Ravens. Zuttah started every game for the Ravens in two of those seasons. Zuttah has had an excellent career with the Baltimore Ravens thus far:

In 2015, started nine games at center for a unit that permitted the NFL’s third-fewest sacks (24) and helped produce a single-season franchise-record 4,271 net passing yards (eighth in NFL)

Started all 16 games at center in 2014 for an offense that established franchise single-season records in yards (5,838) and points scored (409).
