Simply put, it hasn't been a good year for Kyle Flood. The e-mail scandal is enough to give him a failing grade but in the games he was allowed to coach, he showed complete disregard for competent clock management. On the surface, it seemed like he did a great job with the clock against Indiana. However, the ball was spiked when Rutgers had extra timeouts, and Flood called his final timeout with 5 seconds left.
