PISCATAWAY -- Jerry Kill couldn't quite put a label on what his offense will be at Rutgers, and given how this unit performed last season, that's not a bad thing. But here's a word that certainly appears to apply after his first extended comments since taking the job:
Flexible.
The new Rutgers offensive coordinator met with the media for the first time on Wednesday, and while he said he would use the same terminology from the "power spread" offense from last season to ease the transition for players, he made it clear that he was going to do what works with his personnel.
