Rutgers Scarlet Knights wide receiver Leonte Carroo has been dealing with an ankle injury that was suffered during last weekend’s win over the Indiana Hoosiers.
Unfortunately for the Rutgers offense, Dan Duggan of NJ.com is reporting that Carroo will not be able to go on Saturday against Wisconsin. Carlton Agudosi is expected to step into the starting lineup in Carroo’s place.
This season, Carroo has hauled in 24 catches for 527 yards and nine touchdowns.
Without that production on offense, the 3-4 Scarlet Knights will need to find a way to overcome the odds if they want to come away with the upset win at Camp Randall Stadium.
