So, after saying he wanted consistency in his football staff, Chris Ash has found himself in the middle of a lot coaching turnover. After OC Drew Mehringer and Zak Kuhr left for other jobs, Rutgers’ young defensive backs coach Aaron Henry seems to be moving on as well.
According to NJ Advance Media reporter Keith Sargeant, Henry will be taking a job at NC State, leaving another opening for Ash to fill.
So far, Ash has been successful hiring former Minnesota head coach Jerry Kill as OC and Lester Erb as running backs coach. Both are considered upgrades on the staff.
