College football is a revolving door in terms of personnel and Rutgers has seen that play out at the quarterback position in the past day. Last night, signal caller Cole Snyder became the second quarterback to verbally commit to the program in the class of 2019. This morning, NJ Advance Media’s James Kratch reported that Tom Flacco has left the program.

Flacco’s strength was running the ball and showed that ability in the spring game last April.
