Thursday's "two-to-three hour" visit serves as an opportunity for Wise to get to know his new recruiters and what Rutgers' offense has in store under McNulty, who is now seemingly leading towards more of a pro-style/spread hybrid system from under center.
"They run a new offense now since coach Kill left. So I wanted to check out the new offense and see what they're doing," Wise told NJ.com. "And the QB's that they signed, I was trying to check them out. And I wanted to see the coach, the new offensive coordinator McNulty.
"The new offense is way better, way better.
