It appears Rutgers could have an another potential play-maker in the fold for 2017 as Quanel De'Shaun Williams is on pace to compete this fall.
Williams was admitted to Rutgers last fall and expressed interest in walking on at Rutgers. He then met with high school relations director Rick Mantz, who was able to connect the dots for him.
"I met with coach (Rick) Mantz. He had taken me on a little tour, showed me the facilities. The facilities were amazing. And then I went in his office and sat down.
