A little exasperated, a little insulted, and even a little angry, Penn State’s All-Big Ten senior defensive back rejected the notion that Rutgers – or any other team – could ever be a rival of the white and blue.
“There is no such thing as a rivalry in our eyes,” Lucas told Gannett New Jersey at Big Ten media day, “and that’s just as a program.”
