No. 13 Rutgers women’s lacrosse won its first Big Ten game of the season on Saturday in thrilling fashion. After trailing 9-5 midway through the third quarter and 10-8 early in the fourth quarter, the Scarlet Knights persevered. Marin Hartshorn was able to find TT Naslonski, who scored the game winning goal with seconds left in regulation to secure the victory. The 12-11 win over No. 20 Johns Hopkins (5-5; 0-2) was the third ranked win of the season for RU as they improved to 9-1 overall and 1-1 in conference play.
