The No. 10 Rutgers field hockey team earned its fourth win over a ranked opponent on Friday with a 3-2 victory over No. 20 Monmouth (4-3)
Milena Redlingshoefer, Kerrie Burns and Guillermina Causarano scored while Carly Snarksi added an assist. All-American goalkeeper Gianna Glatz played the first half, allowing one goal and making two saves while backup Sophia Howard also allowed a goal and made two saves in the second half.
Redlingshoefer gave RU the lead in the first quarter with a penalty shot. She now is tied for the team lead with 3 goals and has a team high 12 points on the season.
