A year after stunningly winning a national title as an 11th-seeded true freshman 174-pounder, Penns Grove native and Ohio State wrestler Myles Martin found himself as a tweener in 2016-2017.
Struggling to make weight at 174 pounds and a little light for 184 pounds, Martin didn't defend his national title but still ended up a two-time All-American after finishing fifth at 184 pounds at the NCAAs in March.
With an offseason of weight training, a bigger, more confident Martin is off to a strong start to the 2017-2018 season.
