Myles Nash moves back to defense as Rutgers adjusts to injury | Practice takeaways

PISCATAWAY -- Myles Nash had drawn positive reviews for his transition to tight end last spring. But the fifth-year senior had played in all 12 games last season at defensive end.

So when it came time for the Rutgers coaching staff to adjust to the season-ending knee injury suffered by starting linebacker Tyreek Maddox-Williams, Nash's time on the offensive side of the ball figured to be up.

After starting preseason camp at tight end, the 6-5, 257-pound Nash was moved back to defensive end. That move was revealed Friday during the media's one hour of practice availability.
