Rutgers finally gets its guy.
After months of back and forth consideration between Rutgers and Temple, Pleasantville (N.J.) three-star linebacker Mohamed Toure has finally settled on the Scarlet Knights.
A cousin of former Rutgers defensive end Kemoko Turay -- now a rookie with the NFL's Indianapolis Colts -- Toure has long envisioned himself potentially joining the cause.
Although he announced his intentions Thursday, Toure actually committed to multiple members of the Rutgers staff on August 15 via a video chat.
Toure secretly revealed his intentions to NJ Advance Media that day, stating "I'm in a real good spot with Rutgers and that's why I picked them," he said.
