Mohamed Sanu to coach nephew Mohamed Jabbie, other Rutgers WRs: 'About consistency, not looking cute'

PISCATAWAY -- As tight as the bond is between Mohamed Jabbie and Mohamed Sanu, Jabbie learned that his uncle is coaching the Rutgers spring game the same way many fans did.

The Rutgers redshirt freshman wide receiver saw it on Twitter.

"I actually laughed a little bit," Jabbie said. "I didn't even know. He never told me. He tried to surprise me. I thought it was really funny. Either way it will be fun: To play for him or against him."

Sanu, who is Rutgers all-time leader with 210 catches despite playing just three seasons, will lead the Scarlet team against the White team coached by his former college teammate and fellow NFL star Duron Harmon at 5 p.
