PISCATAWAY -- During her four years with the Rutgers women's soccer program, Casey Murphy has accomplished every task Mike O'Neill has put in front of her.
Except for one.
"I can't get her to talk about herself,'' the Rutgers women's soccer coach said. "Everything -- I mean, everything -- is about the team.''
On a campus with 650 athletes, Murphy is arguably the Rutgers player with the brightest future. Rutgers' star goalkeeper is certainly the most accomplished right now.
After all, she's coming off a year in which she started seven games in goal for the United States Women's Under-20 National Team, going 5-1-1 with five shutouts and posting the most saves (21) and highest save ratio (77.
