Over the past five years, Mater Dei Prep (Middletown, N.J.) has become a school college coaches make sure to stop through in Central Jersey, as its one of the most talented schools in the region. And that claim is bolstered by the emergence of tight-end-turned-defensive-lineman Izaiah Henderson, who currently holds five offers with others on the way.
Following his freshman year, the now 6-4, 280-pounder migrated to Mater Dei from Poly Prep (Brooklyn, N.Y.) along with head coach Dino Mangiero and athletic director/offensive coordinator Lance Bennett. And he's seen his opportunities take off ever since.
