After decommitting from Rutgers in the fall, Johnathan Lovett has been entertaining many potential suitors. With National Signing only three weeks away, the all-state performer has named Iowa, Penn State, Tennessee, Baylor and Michigan State his top 5 schools. Rutgers and Central Florida were mentioned as "still contenders".
Lovett has already taken official visits to Iowa (November 12th), Maryland (December 3rd) and Rutgers (December 9th). On the weekend of January 13th, he will take his official visit to Michigan State which leaves one potential official visit for Tennessee, Baylor or Penn State.
After his Rutgers visit, it was reported by Todderick Hunt of the New Jersey Star Ledger that Rutgers had gain some ground with Iowa and Rutgers being his top suitors.
