Has the Rutgers pipeline to Tampa Bay been revived with the signing of former Rutgers and Chicago Bears LB Khaseem Greene?
Only a day after being released by the Chicago Bears, former Rutgers standout and two-time Big East DPOY Khaseem Greene has signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Greene was the best player on one of the best defenses in Rutgers History. He was a 2013 4th round pick of the Chicago Bears. Greene was never really able to find consistent success in Chicago and was released. This release came as no surprise to Bears fans who seemed to be expecting this roster move.
