The final weekend of official visits before Wednesday's National Signing Day has come to a close, and Rutgers had mixed results. While they gained commitments from former Michigan running back Ross Douglas, UConn flip OT Mike Lonsdorf, and New Jersey C Sam Howson, but also lost a commit when OT Elijah Johnson announced his decommitment last night. Now, Rutgers has taken another hit as WR Isaiah Wright has flipped to Temple, according to Todderick Hunt of NJ.com.
Wright, a West Hartford, CT native, committed to Rutgers on July 1 of last year, but as has been the case a lot with this recruiting class, his ties to Rutgers began to fade once Kyle Flood was dismissed.
