Although Chris Laviano, the starter in 2015 will return to Rutgers, he no longer has his starting job. With the spread offense now in place, there is a new playbook and no job has been given. During Spring practice Laviano, Hayden Rettig, and Giovanni Rescigno battled it out for the starting job. Since then, Rutgers has added TCU transfer Zach Allen to the mix and B1G Media Day was Chris Ash’s first time talking about it.
