How Rutgers' quarterbacks have fared in their 1st starts over last 20 years

Officially, Parker is Rutgers' strength and conditioning coordinator. Unofficially? He's much more than that. Meet the man who spends more time with the players than anyone else does.

Since the start of the 1997 season, Rutgers has started 15 different quarterbacks in at least one game. Giovanni Rescigno, who was solid in his first career start Saturday at Minnesota, is the 15th over 20 seasons.
