NORTH BRUNSWICK — Frankie Edgar isn't looking to call it quits any time soon.
"I think I'm better now, more mature and more experienced,'' the 34-year old mixed martial arts fighter from Toms River said Wednesday, taking a break from a promotional appearance for a UFC Gym that he is set to open off Route 1 in North Brunswick in May. "I don't think I've reached the ceiling yet. I still think I have improvement from here.''
In fact, as the No. 2-ranked featherweight (145 pounds), Edgar is now seeking a title shot nearly five years removed from holding the championship belt in the lightweight (155 pounds) division.
