Matee Ajavon has lost count of how many times over the years that a professional women's basketball coach in a league overseas has asked for her help finding a player to fit a certain need.
It should be easier to keep track now.
The former Rutgers star has launched a company, Ajavon Elite, that serves two purposes: She is skills-training young girls, and connecting European and Russian professional leagues with women whose college basketball careers are over.
"I just want to be able to give back to the game that has given me so much," Ajavon told NJ Advance Media.
