Rutgers is halfway through spring practice with eight practices down and seven, including the Scarlet-White Game on April 14, to go.
The Scarlet Knights have 10 newcomers – eight early enrollees and two veteran transfers – in spring camp. Most appear to have clearly-defined roles taking hold as Rutgers prepares for its third season under head coach Chris Ash.
It has the chance to be a strong group for the Scarlet Knights, with as many as half the newcomers likely in position to battle and win starting jobs this season, and the entire group has shown promising signs so far.
