In this day and age of spread offenses, college programs are always looking for help in the defensive backfield, and Rutgers is no different.
Introducing DiQuill Neal, a 5-9, 170-pound senior cornerback from Hoboken (N.J.), who in 2015 accumulated 58 total tackles, seven pass deflections and three interceptions, two of which were returned for TDs. And he also scored three TDs on the ground and one through the air en route to a 9-3 record and North 2, Group 1 sectional title for his team.
"I decided to go to Rutgers a little while after the season," Neal told NJ.
