Ex-Rutgers WR Andrew Turzilli suspended by NFL for PEDs

Former Rutgers wide receiver Andrew Turzilli has been suspended by the NFL for four games for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances. The suspension could be a significant blow to Turzilli's chances of maintaining a roster spot with the Tennessee Titans.

An undrafted free agent, Turzilli appeared in three games late last season for the Titans as a rookie. The 6-foot-4, 195-pounder had two catches for 25 yards in a 30-8 loss to the Jets on Dec. 13.

Turzilli will be able to participate in all offseason practices and the preseason before beginning his suspension that covers the first four games of the regular season.
