Former Rutgers quarterback Tylin Oden will look to restart his college recruitment from the junior college ranks.
Oden announced Wednesday on Twitter that will enroll as a student and play football for Garden City Community College in Kansas.
In the social media note, Oden wrote, "I would like to thank Rutgers University for the amount of support and love that they have given to me." He also thanked those outside of Rutgers, "all of the programs" that contacted him and his mother.
Oden was a three-star recruit in the class of 2016 who de-committed from Louisville and wound up labeled as the future of the quarterback position at Rutgers because of his dual-threat ability.
