The former Michigan running back will transfer to Rutgers as a post-grad player.
Saturday began with a blow to Rutgers' 2016 recruiting class when TE Korab Idrizi flipped to Boston College, but Chris Ash and company wasted no time in rebounding, as RB Ross Douglas has announced his commitment to the Scarlet Knights.
Douglas, who is currently on campus for his official visit, made the announcement on his Twitter page.
I am proud to announce I have committed to Rutgers University to play my final two years of football. Let's rock #ChopNation

Douglas is different than most of the recruits Rutgers will be adding through this recruiting class.
