Perhaps there was no more fitting way Sunday night for Solomon Manning to reaffirm his Rutgers football future than by putting pen to paper.
After all, Manning’s grades on dozens of other papers and tests in the previous months made the moment possible.
Surrounded by the Colonia High School football program, the star linebacker signed paperwork that will allow him to enroll at Rutgers when the spring semester begins Jan. 19.
