CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- The Rutgers Scarlet Knights, coached by Steve Pikiell and led by guard Corey Sanders, travels to Florida to face a Miami Hurricanes team coached by Jim Larranaga and led by junior Ja'Quan Newton on Wednesday night in the ACC-Big Ten Challenge.
For Sanders, it represents a homecoming of sorts. The sophomore guard grew up four hours north of Miami's campus in Lakeland, Fla.
"I get to go home, enjoy some good weather and that's a good thing. But it's just a business trip,'' said Sanders, who expects to have approximately 25 friends and family members in attendance at the game.
