CLEVELAND -- Rutgers brought six to the dance on Thursday, and it'll bring six back Friday.
The Scarlet Knights had a solid first day at the 2018 NCAA Championships, finishing the first two sessions of the tournament 11th in the team race with all six of their qualified wrestlers still alive headed into Friday's 11 a.m. restart at Quicken Loans Arena.
But if Rutgers wants to stay high up on the scoreboard for the rest of the weekend, it will need most or all of its six to keep sticking around. Here's a look at where each Rutgers wrestler stands headed into the second day at nationals and what fans should expect from Friday's action:
Nick Suriano (125 pounds): Suriano, the 4-seed, will face 12-seed Louie Hayes of Virginia in the championship quarterfinal round.
