On May 3, Rutgers became the first school to offer rising senior Kerman (Ca.) quarterback Sean Chambers.
"I like the Rutgers offer a bunch," Chambers told NJ.com at the time. "I've (interacted with) coach (Jerry) Kill several times and I love the offer."
Hence, Chambers is set to visit Rutgers Wednesday.
Now that the the three biggest off-season football camps to hit the region have come and gone and the spring evaluation period has come to an end, lets evaluate which N.J. prospects have had the strongest start to camp season.
