Big Maryland safety Giovanni Biggers to pick between Rutgers and UNC today at 5

Another top regional performer has listed Rutgers in his top list of schools heading into a sudden Wednesday decision. A 6-1, 185-pound three-star safety out of Baltimore, Giovanni Biggers is one of The Boys' Latin School's top play-makers on its roster. And there are two teams with a good chance of adding him to the fold: Rutgers and UNC.

Biggers told NJ.com Wednesday that those are the teams on top, and he'll reveal his pick at 5 p.m. today.

Rutgers is off to a solid start in N.J. as its four commitments for the 2019 class -- Barringer quarterback Zamar Wise, Wayne Hills wide receiver Jaaron Hayek, Camden safety Donald Williams and Winslow cornerback Donovan Bunch -- all hail from the Garden State.
