Rutgers' skid has been stopped, even if by the slimmest of margins.
The No. 17 Scarlet Knights snapped a three-match losing streak with an 18-17 criteria win over No. 24 North Carolina on Friday night at the RAC, prevailing on total team points to break back into the win column.
Granted, those prior three losses came to No. 2 Ohio State, No. 7 Iowa and a now-ranked Lock Haven team. But still, a loss is a loss, and this was a much-needed victory.
