PISCATAWAY — Rutgers returns to High Point Solutions Stadium on Saturday morning for the second scrimmage of spring practice.
The team held its first scrimmage of the spring a week ago, so coaches will be monitoring the progress of players after additional practices and meetings. Saturday's scrimmage should provide a prime opportunity for young players hoping to move up the depth chart.
Rutgers coach Kyle Flood wants to replicate the game-day experience of a noon Central kickoff, so the scrimmage will start at 11 a.m. with a full pregame routine.
