No matter how many times you read that Yao Ming is 7’6″, you can never fully grasp this man’s size. He is enormous — especially when photographed near mortal men.
This kind of shit will never cease to amaze me.
Also, the concept of Yao Ming trying to hit something as small as a golf ball is pretty mind-blowing as well (he was a guest at the Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am in Shenzhen, China over the weekend).
Of course, 9-time PGA major champion Gary Player is short — he’s only 5’6″ — plus he’s standing slightly in the foreground of this photo, which only makes him look smaller compared to Yao.
