Syracuse freshman Justyn Knight is the fastest runner in the 1,500-meter race in the ACC, and that’s with just one shoe on.
At the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships this weekend, Knight won his race despite losing his right shoe close to the finish line. Knight told Syracuse.com, “It was tough because I didn’t have any grip. I knew I didn’t want to come in second without a shoe, so I had to come in first.”
