On Monday we told you about a then-unidentified fan who plunged off of the upper deck of Oracle Arena on Sunday during an apparent fight at the end of Game 7 of the NBA Finals. Turns out that the man, a Warriors fan, fell 50 feat to the seats below, and is in critical condition in an Oakland hospital.
Salvador Bimbo is a Los Angeles resident who drove to Oakland for the game after his father gave him a ticket. According to police, Bimbo wasn’t involved in the brawl between Cavaliers and Warriors fans in Section 120 of the upper deck, but was nearby, and was somehow shoved or fell over the railing to the seats below during the scuffle.
