The results of a divisive election season touched the football world Thursday night when a crowd of protesters blocked entrances to M&T Bank Stadium at the the Ravens-Browns game.

While the crowd could have easily been mistaken for protesting the 0-10 Cleveland Browns’ status as a legitimate NFL team, the gathering was really objecting the election of Republican candidate Donald Trump to the presidency.
Trump’s improbable victory on Tuesday shocked the world and incited a string of protests throughout the United States in the following days.
