Starting off on 'TMZ Live,' Harvey and Charles discussed this massive crack in the hillside that's formed right underneath Travis Scott's mansion in Brentwood, CA -- which is now starting to affect not only him ... but other neighbors and residents in the area.
Pretty scary stuff, obviously ... but for now, officials are shrugging their shoulders on this.
