“It just took off in an instant started gliding under me and then jumped out, launched itself into the air right next me.”
“I was shaking my head and laughing that it was happening but it’s also pretty rattling, like it’s this animal the size of a cow right next to you.”
The surf spot is at the mouth of a river and Russell said it attracts seals because fish populate the area.
