When it comes to institutions that do absolutely everything within their power to circumvent their own rules, the college football recruiting process is right up there with the student loan industry and the NSA. And on Wednesday night, Texas A&M assistant coach Aaron Moorehead put on a full display of elite college football’s entitlement when he threw an actual adult tantrum on Twitter.
At 11:30pm, five-star recruit Tate Martell, a junior quarterback at Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, tweeted that he was de-committing from Texas A&M. He’d verbally committed to the school in August of 2015, before he even began his junior year.
