This video is pretty hilarious ... Terry Bradshaw in a drive-by heckling ... and his target was The Fonz!
We were talking to the legendary Henry Winkler (nicest guy in the world) outside of Mr. Chow last night ... when a black SUV came rollin' by -- Bradshaw hangin' out the passenger side window.
It's pretty funny ... and later Winkler explains the two are friends -- who are actually appearing on a TV show together later this year.
