SportsGrid President Lou Maione joined the CNBC Squawk Box to talk about SportsGrid’s big bet on the network’s 24-Hour Sports Gambling Network.
“The way we look at content, it is pretty much like CNBC… if gambling became legal, fantasy become legal, I wanted to create the CNBC for the sports, fantasy and gambling world. Sports is a detailed drilled down version of what we see in the financial market.”

Maoine went on to discuss the similarities and differences between the financial and sports wagering markets including some of the parallels between the roles that media and technology play.
