Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor says his hands are GROSS thanks to playing in that freezing cold Wild Card game in Minnesota ... saying the frostbite turned his fingers into "iguana skin."
Chancellor just posted video of the disgusting aftermath ... saying, "This what it looks like playing in negative 21-degree weather. Wind chill. Frostbite. Skin peeling. Iguana skin. Ewww."
He's referring to the Jan. 10 game against the Vikins -- temperature at kickoff was -6 with a windchill of -25.
The Seahawks won the game ... but damn, that's gotta hurt.
