Russian whistleblower and former national team runner Yuliya Stepanova has had her account with the World Anti-Doping Agency hacked, the agency confirmed Saturday.

Stepanova and her husband, Vitaly Stepanov, along with their young child, have been in hiding since leaving Russia in 2014 after providing information that formed the basis of the investigation into the country’s state-sponsored doping scheme. Stepanov is a former employee of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency, and began providing evidence of doping in 2010.

According to a third-party group in Switzerland that has been supporting the family, Stepanova’s personal email was also hacked in order to find the family’s location.
